Inter striking duo Samuel Eto’o and Mario Balotelli are set to have a talk to clarify who will take penalties after they bickered over who got the honour against Palermo last Thursday.
According to Il Corriere Dello Sport, Balotelli, who won the spot kick, wanted to take it, however, Eto’o snatched the ball and scored.
The incident left Balotelli grumbling and the report suggests that he will speak with the Cameroon international over the issue.
As it stands, there is no assigned taker at the San Siro. The main three who share the duties are Diego Milito, Eto’o and Balotelli. Eto’o and Milito seem to have an agreement over penalties, but the same cannot be said about the Cameroon star and Balotelli.
Voices claim the young Italian will speak with his colleague to clarify the situation.
Meanwhile, both players are in doubt for the game against Livorno. The youngster has a temperature while Eto’o has complained of a slight problem.
“I felt some pain in my foot,” Eto′o told Inter Channel.
